Day 1
Arriving & Grounding Your journey begins with a mindful walk through the ancient woodland of May Hill, leading you to our camp. In this space of stillness, you will attune to the subtle shifts of your energy field, reconnect with the wisdom of your physical body, and deepen your bond with the natural world. Day 3
Walking Your Promise At dawn, you will walk barefoot to the summit of May Hill. With expansive views and a renewed sense of self, you will step fully into the possibility of living in alignment with your true, energetic nature. All meals are vegetarian and prepared with care by acclaimed macrobiotic chef Nicolas Allan. Using locally grown, organic produce, his thoughtful ingredient choices and outdoor cooking techniques elevate every dish, creating meals that are both deeply nourishing and bursting with flavour. In the woods, you will sip on a wonderfully warming brew of orange peel, turmeric, ginger, and lemon - a perfect complement to the natural surroundings.
If only everyone could spend a couple of days in the woods with Danny, watching him tend the fire, sharing thoughts and poetry, eating the best nourishment in the world, the planet would soon heal. Danny showed me the true expanse of my heart and guided me on to the next step in my journey.

Going on this retreat into the woods with Danny has to be one of the very best personal experiences of my life. I had arrived with an extremely heavy "bag of baggage" that I really didn't know I was carrying. Three days later, due to the awesome healing powers of nature and being in the company of Danny, I was able to leave without it.
